We’re changing our itinerary and decided to do some of our activities today, instead of tomorrow, to accommodate Manuel’s request, for he really needs to get back to Manila by lunchtime, and fix something in the office.
We woke up 5:15 AM for catch the dolphins in Bohol sea. Along the way, we bought some bread for breakfast and for the fishes we’ll swim with during snorkeling.
Alas, dolphins! They are swimming, jumping! What a delight! There were many tourists like us who chase for the dolphins at that time, so we’re sorry for not being able to take a clear and close up picture of these adorable water mammals. Hope you could still notice them in the picture below.
Then we proceeded to Balicasag Island. It was said that it is one of the best 3 dive sites in the world. Poor thing, we’re not trained divers, so we just have to settle with snorkeling, which for me is the best experience of the trip.
While on water, Manuel and I saw various types of fish. We’re sorry again, we don’t have waterproof camera to take pictures underwater. But trust me, I think I saw Nemo and Dory!

We took pleasure in seeing a school of Talakitok, swimming in cadence towards one direction. Then they ‘circled’ like forming an eye that stares on us as we watch gleefully their synchronized performance. Personally, I also felt like there’s something else down there that invites me to explore. However, I’ll save it next time, need to train in diving first. =)
Going back, Manuel took pictures of some things he found in the beach.
